Every October, the supermodel unleashes jaw-dropping looks that dominate the holiday.
This year, however, she may have outdone every previous transformation with pure terror.
Klum unveiled her latest creation at her 24th annual Halloween bash in New York.
Arriving with husband Tom Kaulitz, she stepped onto the red carpet as Medusa incarnate.
The event took place at Hard Rock Hotel New York’s sleek Venue space.
Klum confessed the elaborate get-up required a grueling 10 hours to assemble.
She told Good Morning America the effort was absolutely worth the final result.
Her headpiece featured live-looking snakes, protruding fangs, and a massive coiled tail.
For weeks, Klum teased the monstrous look across her social media platforms.
She warned fans: “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.”
One detail in particular sent the internet into a collective meltdown.
Viewers couldn’t believe their eyes when the snakes appeared to slither on their own.
“How are the snakes moving????” one stunned commenter demanded to know.
Another declared: “The snakes moving???? oh she ateeeee.”
A third screamed: “THE SNAKES MOVINGGGGG.”
