Bill Gates Allegedly Contracted STD from Russian Women and Sought Hidden Antibiotics for Melinda

The US Justice Department recently published a massive collection of materials related to Jeffrey Epstein, including three million documents, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos, on January 30, 2026.

These files stem from investigations into the convicted sex offender, who passed away in prison in 2019. Being mentioned in the documents does not imply any criminal involvement.

Among the released items are self-drafted emails from Epstein dated July 18, 2013, containing serious but unsubstantiated accusations against Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.

In one memo to himself, Epstein asserted that Gates had sexual encounters with Russian women, resulting in a sexually transmitted disease.

Epstein further alleged that Gates requested antibiotics to administer covertly to his then-wife, Melinda, without her knowledge.

An email quoted Epstein writing: “To add insult to the injury you then implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis.”

Earlier that day, Epstein drafted another note claiming he was stepping away from involvement with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation due to a major marital conflict between the couple.

He accused Gates of enlisting him in questionable activities, such as obtaining drugs to address consequences of affairs with Russian women, arranging illicit meetings with married women, and supplying Adderall for bridge tournaments.

A representative for Bill Gates issued a firm denial, stating to media outlets: “These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false.”

The spokesperson explained that the documents merely highlight Epstein’s bitterness over losing contact with Gates and his efforts to smear the billionaire’s reputation.

Gates has previously acknowledged meeting Epstein several times as a regrettable error, believing it might advance global health efforts, but later described it as a significant misjudgment with no positive outcome.
