Adult star Lily Phillips has released startling behind-the-scenes footage of her controversial ‘backdoor challenge,’ where she was intimate with over 100 men in a single day. Previously, she discussed the grueling aftermath of her marathon session, which resulted in significant health challenges.
Phillips has once again stirred debate with her latest stunt. The ‘backdoor’ challenge saw Phillips teaming up with fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff to engage with 50 men consecutively in the U.S. Phillips, infamous for her publicized 14-hour encounter with 101 men, continues to provoke strong reactions.
In this recent event, men lined up, some wearing g**p masks, as Phillips greeted them and gave a ‘pep talk’ emphasizing safety and respect, with snacks and water provided on-site.
Online responses have been overwhelmingly critical, with many expressing disgust and concern. One commenter wrote, “I hope you learn to value yourself someday,” while another said, “This is vile, what’s wrong with these guys?” Phillips, however, stands by her choices, telling the Daily Star, “I’m not a victim, so I don’t need sympathy. I’d rather people focus on real victims. I love this work—it’s empowering and lets me live my dream life as a self-employed person.”

The challenge had severe consequences for Tiff, who needed reconstructive surgery afterward. Phillips shared on TikTok, “I did a video with 50 guys, all backdoor, alongside Wisconsin Tiff. She’s had to undergo reconstructive surgery because of it. I wouldn’t recommend it.”
Tiff, a 21-year veteran of the adult industry, documented her hospital visit on TikTok, saying, “I thought it’d be fun to do this with Lily Phillips, but now I’m here for surgery to keep things looking perfect.” While Tiff didn’t specify her injuries, she mentioned stitches and described the recovery as extremely painful, warning others not to attempt the stunt with the caption, “Back 🚪 challenge gone wrong.”
In a follow-up video 36 hours post-surgery, Tiff noted ongoing discomfort, captioning it, “Sitting on ice packs.” This sparked online skepticism, with some calling it a publicity stunt. One user commented, “This can’t be real,” and another said, “This feels like satire.” Tiff refuted these claims, replying, “It’s not” a joke, and shared hospital footage.
Phillips isn’t the only OnlyFans creator chasing extreme records. Bonnie Blue holds the record for engaging with over 1,000 men in a day, surpassing Lisa Sparks’ 2004 record of over 900 men.
