Milana Vayntrub’s Flirty Photos Fuel Charity Drive for LA Fire Victims

Milana Vayntrub, widely recognized as Lily from AT&T’s long-running commercials, has launched a unique charitable initiative called OnlyPhilanthropy.

Through this platform, the 38-year-old actress shares “flirty” photos, with all proceeds directed to support victims of the Los Angeles fires.

In March, Vayntrub’s first OnlyPhilanthropy photoshoot raised funds for a single mother who lost everything in the devastating blazes.

“I did a playful photoshoot to try something new. I love helping people, and I’m using what I’ve got to make a difference,” Vayntrub announced in August.

She explained the concept: “You donate, I send flirty pics as thanks. It’s fun for a great cause. Check the link in my bio. Let’s make this experiment unforgettable, using the male gaze to fight the blaze.”

Encouraged by the success of her initial campaign, Vayntrub completed a second photoshoot, aiming to support over 30 families affected by the fires.

She’s also launched OnlyPhilanthropy accounts on Instagram and TikTok, suggesting plans to either continue the project herself or involve other actresses and models.

“I did another flirty photoshoot to keep the good going. You helped me support a mom who lost it all. Now, I’m aiming to fund 30 GoFundMe campaigns for disabled families hit by the same fire,” she posted on Instagram, adding, “This @onlyphilanthropy experiment worked, so let’s do it again!”

Beyond her AT&T fame, Vayntrub, who has starred in Ghostbusters, Silicon Valley, and This Is Us, is set for a major role in Project Hail Mary alongside Ryan Gosling, hitting theaters March 20, 2026.
