Netflix is said to be probing grave accusations of bullying and harassment leveled at actor David Harbour, a key player in its blockbuster series Stranger Things.
The claims stem from his co-star Millie Bobby Brown, emerging right as filming concludes for the show’s much-awaited last season.
Per The Mail on Sunday, the 21-year-old Brown lodged an official grievance against the 50-year-old Harbour prior to Season 5 shooting kicking off in January of the previous year.

The grievance reportedly detailed bullying and harassment, though it contained no charges of sexual impropriety.
“There were pages and pages of accusations,” an insider revealed to the publication, noting the probe “went on for months.”
This discord is claimed to have disrupted work on the concluding season, into which Netflix is pouring over $400 million.
Harbour, portraying ex-police chief Jim Hopper, has substantial scenes with Brown, who plays Eleven—the telekinetic youngster he protects.

Their intricate father-daughter bond has anchored the series since its 2016 launch.
Yet, owing to the actors’ fraught dynamic, Brown allegedly had a personal rep present throughout final season shoots to safeguard her well-being.
Harbour is also enduring public backlash tied to his divorce from UK singer Lily Allen.
Allen’s fresh album West End Girl—her initial release in seven years—has garnered notice for its candid take on cheating and sorrow, often linked to Harbour.
Insiders shared with The Mail that Allen backed her spouse through the Netflix inquiry, deeming it “a brutal time” for the pair.
Since rising as Eleven, Brown has led movies such as Enola Holmes and Damsel, solidifying her status among Hollywood’s top young talents.
In 2024, she wed actor Jake Bongiovi, offspring of rocker Jon Bon Jovi.
The pair reside on a Georgia farm operating an animal sanctuary, and in August they welcomed an adopted baby girl.
Stranger Things ranks as one of Netflix’s biggest hits, amassing huge audiences from the start.
Season 4 alone notched over 286 million viewing hours in its first three days back in 2022.
Crafted by Matt and Ross Duffer, the retro sci-fi saga features Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Joe Keery, and Natalia Dyer beside Brown and Harbour.
The fifth and closing season drops in three segments: initial four episodes on November 26, three more at Christmas, and a movie-length finale in theaters and on Netflix come New Year’s Eve.
